Party Information 

  • New Party Packages starting August 2026 featuring Mystery Party Packs!

  • All Parties have exclusive use of our Event Area for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This includes a room for food and our Game Area.

    • Our Game Area features: Video Games (X-Box, Switch, & PlayStation), Arcade Games (Skee-Ball, 2 Basketball Shoot Out Games, and a race car game), and projection floor game.

    • You may arrive 10 minutes before your party start time to bring in your party belongings.

  • Your choice of Party Packages: Sports or Pokemon!

    • Sports Party Packages: $400

      • Your choice of Baseball, Basketball, Football, or Soccer Cards for Mystery Party Packs

      • Mystery Party Packs includes a variety of packs, fidgets, and single cards.

      • Includes up to 15 children, $20/additional child

    • Pokemon Party Package: $350

      • Mystery Party Packs include common cards and holos, with possibility EX and V hits and fidgets

      • Up to 15 children, $15/additional child

  • Staff member to host the party, clean up, and overall make sure your party goes smoothly.

  • Days & Times: Friday 6-7:30pm, Sat & Sun: 1-2:30pm, 3-4:30pm, 5-6:30p

    • Suggested Eating Times: suggested 30 minutes into the party

    • During the party if guest want to browse the store we ask that children are accompanied by an adult.

    • Evening Weekday slots may be available please email partybelairsportscards@gmail.com to request a day and time.

  • Max of 50 guests (adults and children total) in the event room per fire code.

    To Book a Party please select a Party option below, it will then take you to a calendar to select a day and time, after you agree to the terms and conditions you can pay the $100 deposit.

    Interested in a weekday event such as a Fantasy Draft Party or PTA Meeting please email partybelairsportscards@gmail.com for your options. We would love to work with you!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How Early can I arrive to set up?

    You may arrive 10 minutes before your party start time to bring in your party supplies and set up. Why such a sort time frame? We often have multiple events during the day and will most likely be cleaning and getting the area ready for your party. Games will be turned on 5 minutes before your party start time and turned off at the end of your party.

  • What Decorations can I bring?

    You may bring in balloons, table décor, stand up décor, and one banner/wall décor that can be taped to the metal window covering (staff member will direct you to the proper spot). We ask that nothing be taped to the walls, no confetti, silly string, piñatas, live animals as décor or favors.

  • What about food?

    You are allowed to bring in or order food from any restaurant. There is a freezer in the staff room that can be used for ice cream cakes, please contact us ahead of time via partybelairsportscards@gmail.com so we can ensure space for your cake.

    You are allowed to bring in a cooler of individual drinks. Please no two liters or anything that has to be poured into a cup, and no alcoholic beverages are permitted. Cans of soda, bottle of waters, juice boxes, Gatorade/Prime are all fine.

  • What time should I order food?

    We recommend giving the kids at least 20-30minutes as they come in to enjoy the games before food comes.

  • I have less than 15 children coming, what happens with the additional prizes?

    If you have less than 15 children playing Pack Wars, you will still be charged for 15 children, the extra cards will be distributed among your guests.
