Party Information 

  • All Parties have exclusive use of our Event Area for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This includes a room for food and our Game Area.

    • Our Game Area features: Video Games (X-Box, Switch, & PlayStation), Arcade Games (Skee-Ball, 2 Basketball Shoot Out Games, and a race car game), and projection floor game.

    • You may arrive 10 minutes before your party start time to bring in your party belongings.

  • Your choice of Party Packages: Sports or Pokemon!

    • Sports Party Packages: $400

      • Your choice of Baseball, Basketball, Football, or Soccer Cards for Pack War Prizes or Grab Bags

      • Pack Wars is our signature game where children play and win packs of cards, fidgets, and single cards as prizes.

      • Grab Bags: Packs of Cards, a fidget, single cards that are pre-packaged for the children to open and take home.

      • What is the difference? Grab Bags maximizes time with the arcade and video games, Pack Wars is more interactive.

      • Includes up to 15 children, $20/additional child

    • Pokemon Party Package: $300

      • Enjoy Bingo Card War with Individual Pokemon cards as prizes.

  • Staff member to host the party, clean up, and overall make sure your party goes smoothly.

  • Days & Times: Friday 6-7:30pm, Sat & Sun: 1-2:30pm, 3-4:30pm, 5-6:30pm

    • Friday 6-7:30pm, can be extended by 30 minutes for an additional $50.

    • Suggested Eating Times: suggested 30 minutes into the party but we work with you on the schedule.

  • Max of 50 guests (adults and children total) in the event room per fire code.

    To Book a Party please select a Party option below, it will then take you to a calendar to select a day and time, after you agree to the terms and conditions you can pay the $100 deposit.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How Early can I arrive to set up?

    You may arrive 10 minutes before your party start time to bring in your party supplies and set up. Why such a sort time frame? We often have multiple events during the day and will most likely be cleaning and getting the area ready for your party. Games will be turned on 5 minutes before your party start time and turned off at the end of your party.

  • What Decorations can I bring?

    You may bring in balloons, table décor, stand up décor, and one banner/wall décor that can be taped to the metal window covering (staff member will direct you to the proper spot). We ask that nothing be taped to the walls, no confetti, silly string, piñatas, live animals as décor or favors.

  • What about food?

    You are allowed to bring in or order food from any restaurant. There is a freezer in the staff room that can be used for ice cream cakes, please contact us ahead of time via partybelairsportscards@gmail.com so we can ensure space for your cake.

    You are allowed to bring in a cooler of individual drinks. Please no two liters or anything that has to be poured into a cup, and no alcoholic beverages are permitted. Cans of soda, bottle of waters, juice boxes, Gatorade/Prime are all fine.

  • What time should I order food?

    We recommend giving the kids at least 20-30minutes as they come in to enjoy the games before food comes.

  • What is the difference between Pack Wars and Grab Bags?

    Both give the children the same number of cards and prizes (see above as to what is included). Pack Wars takes around 10 minutes to play the game plus if they choose to open their cards, Grab Bags will maximize play time with the video and arcade games as they will just open their cards.

  • What is Bingo Card War for Pokemon & why is it different?

    The main difference is only individual cards are given out as prizes and all prizes will be given out at the end of the game to all children. We find that our Pokemon Parties often include younger guests and adjusted the game to be more inclusive for them. You may upgrade the prizes that the children receive by ordering Pokemon Packs, you can email us at partybelairsportscards@gmail.com for a quote. The packs are typically $10/pack.

  • I have children attending the party that will not be playing Pack Wars, am I charged for them?

    If you have children not playing Pack Wars you will not be charged for them, please be aware that the games are turned off during Pack Wars.

    Please keep in mind that per the fire code there is a max of 50 people in the event space.

  • I have less than 15 children coming, what happens with the additional prizes?

    If you have less than 15 children playing Pack Wars, you will still be charged for 15 children, the extra cards will be distributed among your guests.
