Party Information 

  • All Parties have exclusive use of our Event Area for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This includes a room for food and Game Area.

    • Our Game Area features: Video Games (X-Box, Switch, & Playstation), Arcade Games (Skee-Ball, 2 Basketball Shoot Out Games, and a race car game), and projection floor game.

    • You may arrive 10 minutes before your party start time to bring in your party belongings.

  • Pack Wars: 10 rounds of our signature game with a guaranteed 3 packs of cards for every child.

    • Individual cards, promotional packs, fidgets, stickers, and more may also be prizes.

    • They make excellent favors!

  • Staff member to facilitate the party by leading pack wars, clean up, and overall make sure your party goes smoothly.

  • Days & Times: Friday 6-7:30pm, Sat & Sun: 1-2:30pm, 3-4:30pm, 5-6:30pm

    • Friday 6-7:30pm, can be extended by 30 minutes for an additional $50.

      • Friday 6-7:30pm party we suggest having food at 6:30pm

      • Sat & Sun 1-2:30pm, suggested food time 2pm

      • Sat & Sun 3-4:30pm, suggested food time 4pm

      • Sat & Sun 5-6:30pm, suggested food time 5:30 or 6pm

  • Party Packages: All Packages are for up to 12 children

    • Baseball Theme: $350- Baseball Cards & Prizes for Pack Wars, $15/additional child

    • Pokémon Theme: $350- Pokémon Cards & Prizes for Pack Wars, $15/additional child

    • Football Theme: $400- Football Cards & Prizes for Pack Wars, $20/additional child

    • Basketball Theme: $400- Basketball Cards & Prizes for Pack Wars, $20/additional child

    • Other: Soccer, Hockey, or Other sports depends on product availability. You may email us before booking a party to receive a quote.

  • Max of 50 guests (adults and children total) in the event room per fire code.

    To Book a Party please select a Party option below, it will then take you to a calendar to select a day and time, after you agree to the terms and conditions you can pay the $100 deposit.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How Early can I arrive to set up?

    You may arrive 10 minutes before your party start time to bring in your party supplies and set up. Why such a sort time frame? We often have multiple events during the day and will most likely be cleaning and getting the area ready for your party. Games will be turned on 5 minutes before your party start time and turned off at the end of your party.

  • What Decorations can I bring?

    You may bring in balloons, table décor, stand up décor, and one banner/wall décor that can be taped to the metal window covering (staff member will direct you to the proper spot). We ask that nothing be taped to the walls, no confetti, silly string, piñatas, live animals as décor or favors.

  • What about food?

    You are allowed to bring in or order food from any restaurant. There is a freezer in the staff room that can be used for ice cream cakes, please contact us ahead of time via partybelairsportscards@gmail.com so we can ensure space for your cake.

    You are allowed to bring in a cooler of individual drinks. Please no two liters or anything that has to be poured into a cup, and no alcoholic beverages are permitted. Cans of soda, bottle of waters, juice boxes, Gatorade/Prime are all fine.

  • What time should I order food?

    For Friday night parties we suggest 30minutes into your party. For all Saturday and Sunday parties we suggest 1 hour into your party.

  • What is Pack Wars?

    Pack Wars is a simple game played with cards in which children will win prizes. Every child is guaranteed 3 packs of cards, fidgets, individual cards, stickers, promotional packs, and other items may also be used as prizes. We have many parties who use the prizes from Pack Wars as party favors.

    For Friday’s Parties Pack Wars is played after food. For Sat and Sun parties Pack Wars is played before food.

  • I have children attending the party that will not be playing Pack Wars, am I charged for them?

    If you have children not playing Pack Wars you will not be charged for them, please be aware that the games are turned off during Pack Wars.

    Please keep in mind that per the fire code there is a max of 50 people in the event space.

  • I have less than 12 children coming, what happens with Pack Wars?

    If you have less than 12 children playing Pack Wars, you will still be charged for 12 children, the extra cards will be distributed among your guests.
